The Carnival
Spirit was the first in the Spirit class of ships, first sailing in
April 2001. The ship was refurbished in March 2009. The ship features 16 bars and lounges, one being a
three-tier showroom, the
Pharaoh's Palace Lounge where shows are held
nightly. The ship also features one two-level formal dining room with 2 dinner seatings. The Empire dining room is in the Aft (rear) with seatings at 6:00 and 8:15. "Your Time Open Dining" is also available. For that extra special dining experience try The Nouveau Steakhouse. There is a nominal $30 per person fee.
